Corporate Ecards – Thanking Customers Made Easy

Coporate ecards are a great way to communicate your brand, message and identity. When companies consider ecards they usually only consider customers into the equation. It is also worthwhile considering that you can send ecards for a variety of reasons not just for holidays. For example, maybe a ‘Happy Birthday’ ecard when the customer has been with you for one year?

Sending corporate ecards to customers is a great way of reminding them you are there to solve their specific difficulties whatever market you are in. By reinforcing your brand identity and message you will become the ‘come to’ business in your particular market. Corporate ecards can be sent to customers to recognize holidays but also as a thank you for their custom. You can also take the opportunity to include some low key advertising. You must make sure that you do not overdo this however as this could make the sending of the ecard insincere.

It may be appropriate to also send ecards to suppliers to thank them for their support in supplying your business with products or services to sell. If suppliers are essential to your business then building and maintaining a positive relationship with them is a must. If you are a supplier business then it is worthwhile considering sending a corporate ecard to the companies you supply or stockists. Maybe you can include any particular offers that you have at the time of sending.

Don’t forget your employees! With the low cost of corporate holiday ecards it can make it more attractive to send them internally. Employees who feel valued are more likely to be loyal, productive and happier than those who do not feel valued. Time after time when asked, many employees will state how important it is to feel like they are making a difference. In large corporations, the small gesture of sending an employee an ecard can go a long way to making them feel an important part of the success of the company.

If you are a charity or receive donations, why not send a corporate ecard to them as a sign of gratitude for their support. Again, it costs a small amount of money and makes them feel as if their support is appreciated by the company.

A little creative thinking goes a long way. This is particularly important in many large corporations where individuals can feel lost or insignificant. Of course, things like a pay rise or improved working hours can make a difference. But it is important not to overlook the small gestures that can make a big difference to someone else.
